About us
WHAT WE DO
Athlete Restoration Co. is a direct pay “out-of-network” performance physical therapy clinic. We provide our clientele the highest level of problem-solving healthcare services from the ONLY Fellowship trained Doctors of Physical Therapy in this region of Florida.
This isn’t your grandma’s clinic.
We treat high level athletes and high functioning adults from the West Palm Beach, Wellington, Palm Beach Gardens, and Jupiter areas.
We bring long-term solutions for pain in moving beyond the unproductive, typical physical therapy model by correcting the actual underlying cause of the pain that ultimately prevents you from crushing your active lifestyle that you love.
HOW? Through advanced manual therapy, intentional corrective exercises for your sport, and improving movement patterns.
We want our patients to know that we have their best interests at heart. We also want to be a resource for our community, coaches, athletes, and trainers around the nation.
Why We Do It
The ARC Difference
Athlete Restoration Co. was founded on the belief that the PATIENT COMES FIRST. Healthcare quality is at an all time low and is dictated by insurance companies. TIME while you’re healthy is the most valuable resource we all have. Not only do people spend their money on healthcare but they also spend their time. A person can make money back, but they can’t get their time back.
Athlete Restoration Co. values the time it takes for YOU to get back in the game with your dynamic Lifestyle doing the activities you Love.
This isn’t your standard, inefficient physical therapy model. Our goal is for YOU to get back to 100% in the least amount of time, money, and visits as possible.

DR. STEPHANIE WILBER
PT, DPT, ATC, LAT, Cert. DN
Licensed Athletic Trainer
Registered Dietitian – pending

Dr. STEPHANIE WILBER
Sports Physical Therapist
Dr. Stephanie Wilber studied athletic training at Messiah University (PA) where she competed on the university’s track & field team running the 100m, 200m, and threw hammer. She gained professional experience as an athletic trainer working with high school and collegiate athletes. Pushing to change the status quo, she simultaneously completed the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at High Point University (NC) and the Nutrition/Dietetics program at the University of Arizona (AZ).
To our knowledge, Dr. Wilber will be the only provider in the world tri-credentialed as an athletic trainer (ATC), registered dietitian (RDN), and doctor of physical therapy (DPT) pending her RDN licensure exam. She has presented original research on mortality risk in professional athletes at the American College of Sports Medicine National Conference and the American Physical Therapy Association Combined Sections Meeting. Additionally, her Alma Mater invited her to serve as adjunct faculty, teaching a doctoral course on the intersection of physical therapy and nutrition.
Her treatment philosophy focuses on identifying neuromuscular insufficiencies and utilizing an array of manual therapy techniques and tension-based exercises that are highly individualistic. This enables her to teach athletes to build and release tension in the proper positions in order to excel in sport. She developed these methods by programming strength and conditioning and rehabilitating injuries in advanced athletes over the past decade.
She has personally pursued a wide range of athletic interests including collegiate track and field, olympic weightlifting, Crossfit, powerlifting, and obstacle course racing. Her personal and clinical experiences with these sports enable her to find the root cause of movement dysfunction and pain with precision.
She lives in West Palm Beach with her husband (Tag), where they share a passion for inner city outreach and mentorship for at-risk youth. She also enjoys Crossfit, cooking and baking, gardening, car restoration, home renovation, and doing pretty much anything outdoors with her dog (Shadow).
