About the Ambassador Program
The Athlete Restoration Ambassador Program is a pioneering initiative by Athlete Restoration Co. aimed at empowering high school and collegiate athletes. Our mission is to create a network of student-athletes who are passionate about promoting recovery and wellness. Ambassadors will serve as the face of ARC, spreading awareness and educating their peers about the importance of athletic recovery, while also benefiting from mentorship and growth opportunities.

Becoming an ARC Ambassador
As an ARC Ambassador, you’ll gain access to exclusive mentorship from industry leaders, enhancing your personal and professional growth. Enjoy tangible benefits such as mentorship, ARC gear, and opportunities to attend special events. Our program is designed to provide you with the tools and support needed to excel both on and off the field, fostering a community of like-minded individuals dedicated to athletic excellence and recovery.
- Participate in an interview and onboarding session with Alex, the ARC Community Outreach Director.
- Represent ARC positively in all settings: on social media, in the weight room, during practices, in class, and throughout daily life.
- Post and collaborate with ARC on social media platforms—especially Instagram—in alignment with ARC brand guidelines.
- Attend image consulting and social media training sessions (virtual or in-person) led by Alex, focusing on personal branding, content creation, and professional presence.
- Actively share ARC discount codes and resources with peers, teammates, and followers.
Help host and lead the end-of-season mixer designed to recruit new ambassadors in their area.
Eligibility Requirements
Must be a current high school or collegiate athlete
Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0
Demonstrate leadership skills
Exhibit a passion for sports and community engagement
Provide a letter of recommendation from a coach or mentor
Be active on social media platforms
Attend monthly ambassador meetings
Participate in at least two ARC events per year
Complete an application form
Undergo an interview process
Be willing to share personal athletic experiences
Promote ARC’s mission in your community
Be open to learning and personal development
Adhere to ARC’s code of conduct
Show a commitment to personal health and wellness
Have parental consent if under 18
Be enthusiastic about representing ARC
Our Commitment
- Provide each Ambassador with a 20% discount code to share with referrals for their first visit/evaluation.
- Issue one free therapy session for every referral who books with ARC.
- Offer social media and public relations training, equipping athletes with skills that can lead to future paid opportunities.
- Provide ARC merchandise for personal use and brand promotion.
- Support ambassadors with ongoing communication, mentorship, and community-building opportunities.
